Consent To Electronic Record

You get a personal account through which you place the product to monitor the process of product delivery to your address, your order history, have the opportunity to feedback to the company.

You agree to enter into an agreement with electronic VIMGRACE LDA before is the online version of the Agreement. Please read the following information. If you enter the online agreement ("Agreement"), then you do not need to apply for a paper. Agreement between you and VIMGRACE fully confirmed the electronic record.
To join the agreement you need to give additional electronic confirmation that you agree to the terms VIMGRACE. To gain access to these documents and entry into the agreement you need the following software and hardware: Personal computer ("PC") with a modem or other device to access the Internet, the system program Internet browser (eg, Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Your consent applies to all transactions between you and VIMGRACE LDA. 
You may at any time withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records.
To withdraw your consent (and thereby terminate the Agreement), or to update any personal information, log into your back office and send a notification that you wish to withdraw your agreement or update personal information.
 Alternatively, you can send an e-mail notification to the address manager@vimgrace.com.

Enter into an agreement, you agree that VIMGRACE LDA can be at the sole discretion and at any time to make amendments to the security policy and privacy policy.

The latest version of security policy and the Privacy Policy is always available for review, print and download on the official website www.vimgrace.com.
Agreeing, you also confirm that you have access to the conditions of the Agreement in electronic form.

With this electronic Agreement, you agree to receive consent from VIMGRACE LDA newsletters, announcements of new products and services.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletters, service announcements and letters related to their accounts may opt out of receiving these communications by sending a failure at subscribe@vimgrace.com
